About this world
The Famiglia is a gritty crime world spanning smoky 1920s speakeasies to modern-day penthouse suites, where organized crime operates as a shadow government with its own laws, rituals, and brutal justice. Five crime families divide the city of Porto Nero into territories — each with its own culture, racket, and blood feuds that stretch back generations. Characters navigate a world where loyalty is everything and betrayal is death; where the line between family and criminal empire is deliberately blurred. Capos, hitmen, consiglieri, money launderers, undercover detectives, and ambitious street-level soldiers all find their place. Every favour creates a debt; every debt creates danger.
