Keoby uses purchase data to process orders, provide downloads and meet accounting obligations. Billing identity is encrypted and retained for ten years after the financial year ends, subject to legal holds. Abandoned carts expire after 30 days. Access, correction and erasure requests are available through Personal data; mandatory accounting records are treated separately.
